01 | Background

OSGP provides event production, equipment rental and professional audio services, with years of experience across large-scale concerts, corporate events and exhibitions. Yet the original website failed to convey that capability: services lacked clear categorisation and past events were never systematically organised, so visitors couldn't get a full picture of OSGP's strengths and track record.

This revamp set out to restructure the site to present OSGP's accumulated event experience more effectively, and to establish a website the team could easily update and expand.

The old single-page OSGP website
The previous homepage and project case pages. No clear value proposition, the brand positioning failed to come across quickly, calls to action were missing, and case filtering was incomplete.
The new OSGP homepage layout
The new homepage: (left) the hero area opens with a clear service summary so visitors immediately grasp what the company does; (right) about, solutions, recent projects and clients follow in sequence, each paired with a call to action that leads deeper into the site — or straight to the contact form.

02 | Restructuring services so clients see real capability

The old site was a simple one-pager with only brief service information — visitors had little visibility into OSGP's full range of services.

I reorganised the service content into clear categories and replanned each service page's content hierarchy — service introduction, execution workflow and links to related cases — helping potential clients find the right information faster.

A contact form was also added, giving prospects a direct next step after learning about the services, making it easier for potential clients to get in touch.

03 | Organising 200+ event cases into an explorable showcase

OSGP had accumulated over 200 event cases, but without systematic organisation on the old site, years of experience went unseen and under-leveraged.

I consolidated and reorganised historical event data and built a project archive, categorised by event type and related services with search function. This allows visitors to browse projects from different entry points, depending on whether they know the event type or the service they need.

Event pages now follow a consistent format — event details, services involved and on-site photos — so projects of any scale are presented in a unified, professional way.

Recently completed projects are featured on the homepage, signalling that the company remains active and giving returning visitors fresh content to explore.

04 | An architecture built for continuous updates

OSGP's event cases keep growing, so the site needed long-term scalability. Using customised WordPress templates, I created reusable templates so new event cases can be published quickly while maintaining a consistent structure.
